I'm Riwa. I help humans, communities, and organizations align with what truly matters - the ultimate precursor to meaningful and sustainable growth.

With 15+ years in executive strategy, foresight, and facilitation, I’ve helped leaders navigate uncertainty, shape clear visions, and bring bold ideas to life. I’ve served as Chief Strategy Officer at psychedelic and wellness investor Woven Science, Chief of Strategy and Partnerships at deep tech investor Oxford Science Enterprises, and MD & Head of Growth Strategy at innovation and foresight firm Idea Couture.

Rooted in systems thinking and guided by a multi-modal creative practice, my work blends analytical rigor with intuitive clarity, spanning brand and business strategy, storytelling, community-building, and experience design.
